P.U.R.P.L.E.X.I.T.Y

I’m a 20-year-old student from nowhere. I’m a Piscean and a lefty. I believe I can connect to art and music pretty comfortably. Purple is my favorite color – I feel a connection with it. And hence, PURPLEXITY.

I’m quite a traditional person. I have slight traditional inclinations in the way I respond to and approach things.

I’ve interest in a lot of stuff. I enjoy reading. I don’t mind reading any type of reading material but I try my best to stay away from anything war-related. I love swimming. I think that has something to do with the fact that I’m a Piscean. I just love the serenity of being in the water.

I love cheese. I dislike chocolate. I love tea. I dislike coffee.

I’m to a significant extent, health-conscious.

I rarely watch the tv. But when I do, I tune in to my all-time favorite Charmed and Heroes. You may spot the similarities between the two. I love comedy show like The Big Bang Theory.. I’m not exactly a movie buff but I enjoy  comedy, drama, horror, thriller, but definitely not anything concerning robots or wars. I’d rather watch Sesame Street. Okay, a little exaggerated.

I enjoy song-listening. I’m into Lady Gaga, Avril Lavigne, Lily Allen, Justin Timberlake, M. Pokora, Gwen Stefani, Kylie Minogue, Nelly Furtado, Fergie and Pussycat Dolls.

I hope to own a guitar soon, like, in 3 months time or something. And name it Zilpher. And maybe eventually venture into some non-serious writing with it. And post it on youtube and get some criticism.

I love writing. But of course, loving to write, and actually having the flair for it are completely different things.

I’m a pretty darn good procrastinator. Nobody beats me.

I’m not afraid to express my feelings. Feelings are natural and I believe as humans, we should express them freely.

I’m imaginative. And also a dreamer. I sometimes imagine and dream so much that I don’t know how if there’s a difference between them.

I’m not exactly a social kind of person. Most of the time I prefer to be left alone – or not really alone, maybe a few mates around – rather than being in a massive group of friends/acquaintances gossiping about anything under the sun from the cute actors/actresses in the latest shallow TV series to the worst teacher whose hair looks like it’s been bombed. Of course, at times, having absolutely no one to talk to can bore me to tears.

I like being special and different. To me, being special makes be different and being different makes me special. I love being myself. If you don’t like me for whom I am, then you’re not worth getting to know. And I am proud to say I do not follow a crowd. Crowd gets lost in even bigger crowds and chances are I may get pushed away. In other words, I don’t give in to peer pressures with completely no sense of rational judgment. I believe that by being an individual with my own personality, I can achieve the very best experiences in life.

I’m in the process of knowing myself and who I wanna be.
I live my life with my own rules and principles and I detest anyone who disrespects it.
